I've been to the Louvre in Paris, it is huge; the best part is you can see the "perspective" which is comprised of the replica of the Eiffel Tower, Arch of Triumph and the genuine Eiffel Tower.
Another benefit there is a little cafe across from the museum which has excellent coffee and croissants.

If I HAD to choose only one, I'd say go to Venice. It's very unique being on the water, with canals, bridges, boats, beaches, and great architecture and history. Next choice would be Rome because of all the variety. Florence has a lot of art and is smaller and more relaxing than Rome, so if you're not a big city lover, you might prefer Florence.
BUt if you have 3 days you can do Venice and Florence. Rome is farther and I'd like a week or more for Rome.
