Take a look at tour guides on http://www.viamigo.com/tours/Paris.html and you may find one that fits their tastes.

Trains leave several times a day from Le Havre to Paris. The trip takes about 2 hours and can cost as little as 15 euros one way at off peak hours.

Paris is a very easy city to get around and explore and its sights so familiar, even to people who have never set foot in the city, that guides are, in my opinion, an unnecessary expense. Any good guide book will serve as guide enough for any reasonably literate and intelligent person.

ADDENDUM: Should you like a specific itinerary then feel free to e-mail me. Let me know what your interests are, how much time you have, and any other relevant information.

I'm not sure where you found this information, but a ticket on the Eurostar is just that, a ticket to travel on the train from London to Paris. There is no tour guide, or anything else, included. Suggest you check the Eurostar website: http://www.eurostar.com

Independent.

You can always book guides when you want them - for the museums for example. Guided city tours on a bus are also readily available.

This way you can have a guide when you want one and do your own thing too.

Don't worry too much about not speaking French, in the tourist areas speaking English will be enough. (The French will only be a lot more friendly if you make the effort to speak French.)

Doing it on your own gives you the chance to do it on the cheap too - most travel agencies do not offer stays at hostels nor do they accomodate for people who want to self-cater.

Your question is posted from the USA.
"English speaking" does not mean this organisation wanted to recruit Americans, as it is not allowed to do so.
If you are not a citizen of the EU you are not allowed to be employed in the Schengen states (one of which France is) unless you have been sponsored by an organisation there that can justify employing you on the grounds that they cannot find someone within the EU that can do the job adequately. At the moment the work situation in France is very bad and there are masses of graduates who are unemployed and seeking jobs. There are plenty of French people in Paris who are bilingual and can be guides, besides the fact that British people are also allowed to work in France because they are European citizens. So, if you are American, I am afraid that you would not be granted a work or residence visa for that kind of job.
